- Derivative Data: Information our servers automatically collect when you access the service, such as your IP address, your browser type, your operating system, your access times, and the pages you have viewed directly before and after accessing the service.
- Payment Data: We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number and the security code associated with your payment instrument. All payment data is stored by our payment processor.

5. Third-Party Services
SuperAgent utilizes third-party services to operate successfully:
- Payment Processing: We use Stripe for payment processing. Your payment information is securely handled by Stripe, and we do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
- AI Providers: We use OpenRouter as our AI models provider. Data you submit as prompts may be processed by OpenRouter or the underlying models. We do not use your personal data to train our own models, but third-party providers have their own data use policies.
6. Google User Data
SuperAgent's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- What we access: When you connect your Google account, SuperAgent accesses your Gmail messages and Google Calendar events solely to perform actions on your behalf — such as sending confirmation emails or booking appointments — as triggered by your AI agent responding to Instagram DMs.
- How it is used: Google data is used exclusively to execute the specific action requested (e.g. send an email, create a calendar event). It is not used for advertising, profiling, or to train AI models.
- Storage: OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored securely to maintain your connection. Email content and calendar event data are never stored on our servers — they are fetched at request time and discarded after the action is completed.
- Sharing: Google user data is never sold or shared with third parties, except as strictly necessary to operate the service (e.g. our infrastructure providers under confidentiality obligations).
- Revoking access: You can disconnect your Google account at any time from the Tools tab inside the SuperAgent dashboard. This immediately deletes all stored tokens.
